Corduroy likes to chew on plastic bottle tops. It took me a while to figure out why the bottles of water would squirt water out of multiple holes in the tops when I’d pick them up.

Thanks, Dolly, you are sweet to be thinking of how to help with my difficulties earlier this week. I only lost four days of work, but that’s okay. I learned a little more of this operating system and I puzzled my way through it. I don’t know what work Ray did, but I have mentors I can call on. Fortunately, I didn’t need to make the calls. It was frustrating while I was figuring it out, and frustrating. But it is past history now.
Are you enjoying the new stove? I have an electric one here but gas overseas. I much prefer gas for the stove as I can regulate the heat more quickly and more precisely. For the oven, I prefer an electric oven because the heat is distributed more evenly in that box and it is more precise. Go figure.

1%. That to me is shocking. Yes it was decades ago I was a broker with my own company but the going rate was 6% n if property worth over $500k would do 5%. Yes even back then brokers would over lower rates go get a listing. But you wanna know the obvious ? When. Agents had customers/buyers they would never show the low commission properties. We prequalified our clients. They were genuine buyers. there was a lot of property on market. Why encourage a 1% commission property over a normal one. I have lot of friends in industry. Will check with then n report back. It is a sellers market now. - good for both of us. And I am not listing my prom but will sign an agreement to pay 10%.
Ah the new stove. Been after Jen for months to order it. She wanted installed during her vacation - starting Sunday. Reality is huge back order n what she ordered MIGHT be available end of May. So as I KNEW her last minute order would not fit her time frame. I bit my lip to not say I told you so. Her idea was new stove/microwave/vent fan. Next furnace service n duct cleaning. Both never done. Next carpet cleaning. All next week She had this laid out for next week. I absolutely KNEW she had to order 2 months in advance. Sigh
Did yard work at condo most of day. Have moved n more to come my yard stuff. Each year I do my container n ground planting mixture. 1/3 each peat moss. Compost. Miracle gro potting mix. Add slso diatomaceous powder n egg shells. I save n dry the whole fall winter and spring all egg shells. Dry n crumble and add to store in bag. I had about : wuartsy
