We got about 3 inches of snow last night. Very chilly this morning. Warmer temps coming our way soon , though.

four days in a row above 60 degrees! Nice.
The good thing about the meat raffle is the people seem pleased. I like that. It means they may be back. We are now having it once a month....provided Cuomo keeps things open.

My sister makes an easy dressing to go with turkey.
Simmer butter, chopped onion, celery, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning in chicken broth on the stove. Remove from the heat when cooked. Break up several fresh bread slices into small pieces and add to the broth mixture. Stir and cover for a few minutes.
It’s the “stove top” method, but much better. Don’t get the dressing to mushy.

I LOVE bread dressing. I have some turkey gravy in the fridge...some dressing to pour it over would be so good. Thanks, s&sf....just what I need lol.

Congrats on the raffle. That’s great that you have enough participation to have one monthly. Do not worry about Cuomo. He has much bigger worries, going on.
Stay warm. I won’t tell you northerners what our high will be, today. Cooler than yesterday, though. Let’s trade a few days of winter and summer weather.
