Frankly, this doesn’t even pass the smell test. By logical extension, wouldn’t this level of ineligibility also apply to applicants for firefighter and or police officer positions? Same for paramedics. We could go on, but I think maybe Dominion Equipment was used to tabulate those numbers.

Can’t speak to fire departmenta, but police departments also have a terrible time finding enough qualified recruits. It’s a huge problem.
