Just like with the election cases, Democrats have standing and Republicans (especially Trump)do not.
What SCOTUS ruled today is that all things are permissible that get rid of Trump.
I doubt an assassin that succeeded at killing Trump would be prosecuted and if he was SCOTUS would end up overturning any conviction.
The military needs to get moving or we will become a dictatorship by 2024.
