One big problem with SCOTUS is that they have the discretion to pick and choose which cases to hear (or not hear) on appeal.

Sometimes this can be a good thing, because it would be better for SCOTUS to not hear a case than to set a bad legal precedent.

Yes. In this case though, their decision not to hear the election fraud case sets quite a bad legal precedent (Note: patent pending on understatement of 2021).

The federal courts would not function and so the SCOTUS received the case. With the republic at stake, they decided that no civilian court would hear cases of election fraud.

The likely outcomes are all costly and damaging in their own way. We win, yes, but at what cost. Prayers up for the safety, protection and victory of all good warriors and patriots - may God protect us and lead us to swift victory.

It looks like this boil is finally coming to a head. I am glad to be at a safe distance up behind the plexiglass shield in the cheap seats near the A/C. True, it is a long hike to the snack bar (And it gets damn cold sometimes)...

...Still, I prefer to sit where the flying snot, blood and broken glass is unlikely to reach.

I hope you all are similarly situated or have brought goggles and plastic sheets.

Translation: I am safely out of the way in a remote place at 57*N. Inconvenient, but it was a conscious trade off. We saw this coming.

I am convinced that this summer will be the most violent in my lifetime, in the US. Vietnam was a civil war. I'm too old for that sh!t.

Wherever you are, I hope and pray you are all prepared for anything because anything can happen in the next few months.
