So in conclusion, I’m not surprised the SCOTUS kicked the can...

Since you’re a lawyer can I ask a legal/historical question?

The Court in Scott v Sandford also kicked the can, but didn’t that decision really cause much more division than if they had ruled more assertively?

Any potential that history may repeat to an extent?

every lower court allowed countless rat challenges to ensure victory for the rats...judges had no such restraint then but gee, get to the SC and the judges decide they won't be part of it and won't correct a fraud election....

with judges like these nowadays, if I were a criminal, I would never be taken alive...but I'm not a criminal, so I just have to sit here and watch this debacle of a country..
