Hang in there. Imagine how uncertain the future would be if there wasn’t this thread with like minded people to exchange information, data and encouragement. This helps one see through the disinformation being given to society as a whole and be better prepared to deal with the uncertainty. Given how things have gone so far, freaking out isn’t out of the ordinary.

When I think or hear about President Trump, “The Battle Hymn of the Republic” comes to mind and I start humming it. It lifts my spirits knowing that he is on our team, hasn’t conceded and is battling behind the scenes for us.
