Since they have a proud and historic tradition of election fraud (vote early and often)...they should never be allowed to hold the office of election clerk nor touch any ballot other than their own.
I'd wager that most of the "blue" counties on the national election map are so as a result of RAT election fraud.
In any cases of a recount, where the Republican actually won, the election clerk should be investigated and prosecuted.
