Why can’t immigrants go back to their own country for assistance?

I always wonder why we send millions to other countries if we are giving their citizens all this assistance here. But I now assume we send assistance so they can take a cut and return the bulk of the money to our corruptocrats in DC

The money we send to other countries gets washed and goes into cabal pockets. The people of those countries get hosed. So they come here, with a pathway paved by cabal entities.
