Several weeks’ trip in VW bus from Amman, Jordan to Rotterdam. Myself and two sisters, ages 9,11, and older sis 19. We survived. I can still smell the horrid mil surplus mummy bags. Camped out mostly other staying in small local establishments along the way, dirt roads a lot. In the olden days.
