I wonder if the 'blackout' on the internet will start with disinfo -> the power stays on, the connection is live, but pretty much everything provided, with few exceptions, is disinfo?

Now I am looking at this article claiming Gateway Pundit is trying to discredit a CIA whistleblower, and starting to agree with it.
