A place for more memories
I wept again today.
Whenever big news broke I would say to my husband “I can’t wait to hear Rush’ take on this”. No more, what a void.
It's hard to accept the fact that that air wave will now be vacant........
We knew it was coming but it still is a gut punch....
So I recall the first time i heard him on AM630 driving around the DC Beltway one sunny fall day. I kept hearing on the news about the ccMail database at the whitehouse being broken and unable to retrieve. I thought to myself, are you kidding? I deal with this stuff all the time. How is it possible that they’re not able to repair that database. Then I heard Rush Limbaugh talking about how it related to the Lewinsky coverup. And that was when I started paying attention to how I was being lied to. Then I started seeing it more and more. And that’s where it started.
I miss Rush Limbaugh already. An Icon has passed.

Thx, again for posting that link...I have not posted on my Facebook page for months...so yesterday I decided to post Rush’s picture...and since FB won’t let me exit (on my phone it just hangs) I’ve decided I will post a picture or something about Rush for the forseeable future..Including the philanthropy link you posted.
