How far can the fit-throwing over Florida's freedom-encouraging COVID policies go?
President Rip Van Biden apparently hasn't had the time to read the Constitution after awakening from his four-year slumber.
He has now threatened to impose a "travel ban," restricting the rights of people to travel in and out of Florida. Should he attempt to pursue this policy, it will be through executive order, the only manner of governance with which he is apparently familiar. The order would also presumably exempt illegal aliens since they have a free ticket for ingress into all fifty states.
Before he takes pen to paper, the president should have a look at the U.S. Constitution. The Privileges and Immunities Clause of Article IV, Section 2 states that "[t]he citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states." This constitutional provision would make any travel ban per se unconstitutional. For just under two hundred years, freedom of movement from one state to another has been recognized as a fundamental constitutional right pursuant to the Privileges and Immunities Clause. In Corfield v. Coryell, decided by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1823, the Court held that the privileges and immunities enjoyed by citizens of one state of which they cannot be deprived by other states include "the right of a citizen of one State to pass through, or to reside in any other State, for purposes of trade, agriculture, professional pursuit or otherwise."
In addition, the right to travel within the United States has been recognized as a liberty interest that no person can be deprived of without due process of law under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.

I think most people see the hypocrisy of letting in illegals by the hundreds and sending them across the country and trying to restrict citizens in their own country.
Are the illegals being tested and quarantined for COVID?

Well, they try to get heavy handed because of that, it may be the impetus to push people into finally acting and THEY are not going to like it much either.
Aside from the Constitutional issues, my soon to be 100-year-old mother is in a Florida nursing home. Should a ban go into place and she meets her Maker, I will be at her funeral. Ban or no ban.

How much of the $15.00 a hour will a worker get to keep? Taxes will go up and inflation will suddenly deteriorate a dollar. Maybe 30 cents will be left to keep, after earning a dollar.
Illegals may have more rights than average Americans, after Biden is done signing executive orders.
Nobody is paying attention to travel restrictions and nobody is quarantining.
Seems like they already do and have for years.

True - but the Left always does this, and the two things are things they never would have been able to get if the other 298 weren’t so outrageous they served as a smokescreen.
Obama was lazy and accomplished almost nothing more than destroying private health care for the middle class and allowing virtually unlimited immigration - both of which were big issues that helped the Left immensely, but did not have the flash of many of the other ideas that riled up conservatives to oppose him during his Presidency. Biden will try to do the same with guns and destroying the energy industry, and Republicans will call it a win as long as he leaves their big contributors alone - just as they did with Obama.

Well he espoused all liberal programs before the election, in his first week in office he effectively destroyed a slew of Trump’s accomplishments. He is a puppet of the left to destroy our once great country.

The President has no constitutional authority to limit travel of its citizens within the United States.Article IV Section 1:
The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.States cannot be isolated from each other.
The citizens of one state cannot have their rights curtailed.

Stealing elections is not constitutional either. He might try because they hate the constitution and crave the power it prohibits from them.
