Rush rooms in restaurants. ...totally forgot about that!

I used to struggle to get him in the St Louis area because he was on some low power station in Belleville Illinois. Then he moved to KMOX (aka the Mighty MOX) which is the BIG AM station in St. Louis. After the move Rush had a recorded tease that broadcast during breaks on his show on KMOX: Rush would yell “50,000 watts! Yeeeeeeeeeaaaaaah!” Never got tired of it.

wasnt it like 1460 AM or 1420 AM I forget but it was great to hear him move to 1120 KMOX
