The second dose of Pfizer Inc’s COVID-19 vaccine could be delayed in order to cover all priority groups as the first one is highly protective, two Canada-based researchers said in a letter published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

If the vaccine really were 92.6% effective after one dose, people would be allowed to take their masks off. Plus they don’t say effective for what. Sterilization? Setting you up for a targeted kill later? I’m little, but it will take 5 people holding me down to get that shot into me - one for each limb and one to inject me.
