NO ONE TOOK COVER after the shooting. The SWAT team on the stairs did not freak out, or even seem concerned. They just moved calmly up the steps, while a man in a suit calmly leaned down and said something into Ashli's ear and then moved off. What video where you watching?
The one I saw, one of the swat teams swings a rifle toward the sound of the gunshot, acting very surprised, like: what the h3ll is going on!
No one took cover, because they were all on the other side of the barracade, and there was only the one shot.
