Do you all think it's possible Kansas is the civilian leader in position while everything plays out through the last half of February into early March.

I hope Kansas is honest, but to tell you the truth, I don't believe anything or anyone anymore since Our President Trump isn't around and I certainly don't and didn't believe a word of what Pence said or did after I read what him and Paul Ryan had planned...
