E.O.- 13979 - was signed by Pres. Trump 01/18/2021 and didn’t get published in the Federal Registry until 1/22/2021.

Pres. Biden signed 13992: “Revocation of Certain Executive Orders Concerning Federal Regulation” on 01/20/2021 and didn’t get published until 01/25/2021.

President Trump’s EO 13979 was in the cracks and wasn’t mentioned in EO 13992. Neither was 13848.

EO 13992 revoked EOs 13771,13875,13891,1392,13893

Since Executive Order 13848 was already published in the Federal Register, Pres. Biden would have to do another EO to adios it, or Congress makes a law to adios it.

Biden now has 30 EOs. 8 Procilmations and 10 other documents published in the Federal Register. I haven't seen 13848 mentioned in any...doesn't mean I didn't miss it or there aren't others in the pipeline...which I didn't check the WH for. ( on average, there is a 5 day delay between signing and publishing)

And I remember when SCOTUS told PDJT that he could not reverse an (unconstitutional) 0blama EO. Apparently the Constitution and the laws have changed since those distant times.
