Shamed to admit that I voted for Romney, however, never was a "Trust Romney" freeper. Held my nose and voted.

Same for Dole.

Did initially trust Bush 2 (W) for a few years, boy was I a fool!

Re-registered as independent after about 3 years of Bush disappointments.

I follow a similar voting pattern.

First time voting, Reagan all the way. Was proud to vote for him.
Bush sr first time, Perot the second time (Perot was the best candidate of the 3).
Since then, and until Trump, it’s mostly been the lesser of the evils. Yeah, I was Ok with Bush Jr, but in hindsight, maybe not so much.

Basically, since Reagan, and until Trump, it’s been a march by both parties to undermine our constitution and push for a globalist totalitarian government. The only difference is the speed at which they pushed to make that transition.
