No telling what sort of crap derp stuff is being done while everyone is distracted. Like Bill Clinton a bunch of Chinese stuff when he was impeached and the impeachment was all that was covered for the most part. Had to look at papers in other countries to see what was happening.

I follow very little news now. About the only sites I still go to are here, lucianne.com, and protrumpnews.com.
No talk radio. No tv news or commentary shows. I don’t even follow Wictor, X22 or BCP anymore.
I’m on total lockdown. I don’t want to hear cattywumpus. I don’t want to hear people commenting on it either. I listen to heavy metal when I’m in the car, or Bach once in a while.
It’s funny. We’ve been looking for an excellent electrician for 25 years. Keep in mind I’m in (M)assachusetts. Finally found one. First question he asked was, “Why do you want a generator”? I replied, “I haven’t lost power since 2009 however we were out for a full week because of the ice storm in 2008. I don’t want to repeat that but I’m more concerned about a massive grid shutdown”. He smiled and replied, “I’m a prepper too” and I knew we would get along great. When he saw my massive 3x6 foot Trump 2016 sign behind my drums he smiled.
So they’re upgrading my panel from 100 amp service to 200. Transfer switch is built into the new panel. Replacing aluminum main wire with cooper. Whole house surge protection. New Generac 8,000 watt portable generator that will run the entire house. I went with portable because it gives me more flexibility and saved crap tons of money. This guy has had this generator for 11 years and has had zero issues with it, and he uses it often. Our service HAD to be upgraded. I have 36 breakers in a 20 breaker panel.
Best part is their service plan. They’re going to go through the entire house, checking every outlet, switch and light socket. Everything. These people don’t screw around. They also do heating and A/C so I’m getting an estimate on whole house A/C next week.
I’m spending $ like a drunken sailor but this is all stuff we’ve needed for YEARS and haven’t been able to afford until now.
And the head electrician is a prepper and a Trumper. Loving it.
