Eat right, don’t drink, don’t smoke, exercise daily...die anyway!
I have done everything know to man, most things more than once.
I ruined my lungs smoking.
My father was an athlete all his life and ran marathons into his late age, he did not smoke or drink.
If I make it one more month we tie for longevity.
Hey, life is short no matter when you die.
