I don’t offer this as proof, but it’s food for thought. I visited DC in 2009 and stood on a small embankment above the Pentagon so I could see where it was hit. The repairs had been done to the building by that time and the new cement that was used for the repair hadn’t discoloured sufficiently yet to match the rest of the building. You could clearly see the outline of the wings of a plane at the reported entry point. It was a bit spooky.

Yeah, for the people who say it was missile because the time-lapse security didn’t show a plane... I respond, “It doesn’t show a missile, either.”
