Yes, but if you even hint that you might possibly know about jury nullification during the voir dire process, you will be stricken from the list of possible jurors. Then if you do make it onto the jury, 9 times out of 10 you have to explain it to your fellow jurors, since civics hasn’t been taught for 50 years. It is a power that has been surreptitiously taken from us.

Better to nullify laws BEFORE arrests and coming before a jury. Citizens can undergo persecution and financial hardship just be being arrested (see Gen. Flynn) even if are not convicted.

Jurors can be unjust, and lawyers can voir dire any juror they suspect of being human.
