Those stairs are truck mounted, an aircraft stair truck. Can be raised and lowered to fit any type commercial aircraft.

That aircraft is a Boeing 757. Identifiable by the nosegear and the passenger door. Definitely not a 747.

Plane appears to be a 757, one of 2 that is usually used for smaller runways, etc.

Kinda interested as to why he rode out to the aircraft in a Suburban and not the Beast?
