If she had been gut of lung shot the blood would have been pouring out of her mouth/lungs.
The post mortem should be released by now. They haven’t ID’d the supposed Capitol Police who did the shooting— again, a very odd item in true police investigation. The stepping in the blood the contamination of the scene— all really suspicious to any professional investigator. Have you run this by any professional?
