If they say one rounded tablespoon makes one cup of coffee they are making very weak coffee!
the tea cup in the picture on there coffee can is a 4oz cup
as stated ‘you need to fill the carafes to 4 level to get two mug cups

My first FIL had his rule of coffee! A dinner knife had to remain vertical for minimum of 12 seconds after being placed in a mug, of “boiled” coffee.
