Agreed. I think Gen.Flynn was speaking very literally. “There is no plan” can mean “I ain’t gonna say a word” to “The plan already happened so it’s not a plan any more”.
Flynn was extremely happy and upbeat in the short segment I saw. Couldn’t stop grinning.

Agreed. I think Gen.Flynn was speaking very literally. “There is no plan” can mean “I ain’t gonna say a word” Personally, I think that's exactly it. No one who's been in military intel as long as Gen. Flynn has would be so foolish as to telegraph anything. Too many on "the other side" monitoring every word out of his mouth in the hopes that he lets something slip.
He's got this. Just my $.02.
