This lawsuit has been bugging me for awhile. Obviously it is a PR or disinformation stunt. There is no way they can provide discovery. The entire process would take several years. I think the purpose is to get everyone excited about the prospect of getting something tangible. We have been waiting so long. Another, look over here moment.
I’m suspicious that Dominion, et al. have scrubbed the books. They’re not dummies. They know what discovery means.
