Jan 28, eleven soldiers were injured ingesting unknown substance, which they believed was an alcoholic beverage, during a field training excercise .
All 11 Fort Bliss soldiers are assigned to the 11th air defense artillery brigade, 32nd Army Air and Missile Defense Command.
Initial assessments indicate the soldiers are experiencing Ethylene Glycol (chemical in anti-freeze) poisoning.
1 day after the incident, Jan 29, when this report was given, all remained in the medical center - two are in ICU (those two are improving).
