How was Giuliani not doing well? Do we know everything he has done or may be doing? I have not seen anything that indicates he did not do what he should have done.

I read an account by a well known journalist that documented Rudy screw ups over and over. The guy was first hand,Patrick Byrne, it's Deep Capture ^ | 01 27 2021 by Patrick Byrne.
Byrne went on to say in yet another piece that he, Mike Flynn and I believe Powell met with the potus near Christmas. They had a frank talk with Trump and in the end were told that Powell would take the lead. Ironically, in January potus changed his mind and went with Rudy.
Unless this is some sort of 4 or 5 D chess potus is playing I don't get it.
