I imagine that the little boy may have said something like, “Leave my mom alone you tatted-up loser!” So of course it’s his fault.

Yes, it is, but what is even more hideous is that instead of this monster being summarily executed, as would be the case in any truly civilized country, he will be sent for a few years to a luxury prison where he will be given clean quarters, nutritious meals, free health care, access to free legal council, access to fitness centers and entertainment centers, and free library privileges. In other words he’ll suffer terrible punishment for a few years before he given parole and is back on the street.
