We really don’t know the whole story.
Sounds horrific to kill people over snow.......but the man that did the shooting might have endured years of those neighbors getting to him, fighting, screwing with his head. This might have been the last straw, regardless of what it is.
Surely there must be some way to blame the victims here.
I have seen people that live next door to each other downright hate one another. They will do whatever they can to push the other one. One put up a piece of privacy fence up in the air about 10 feet and put a big flag of the middle finger and a have a nice day flag next to it. Flags were huge. The others would video and tell him he knew when his wife left for work and when they let there dog out. Messed up stuff to get in the others head. Never came to shots fired but I often wondered. One was my friend.
