If you accidentally swallow it, rest assured, it will come out. Fairly quickly, even. It won’t even feel like normal vomiting. More like you belch, and there’s a geyser. Don’t ask me how I know.

The peroxide sold in those brown plastic bottles is not fit for consumption. It contains "stabilizers" to give it a longer shelf life.
Also, the recommended concentration for mouthwash is 0.5%-1.0%. The usual peroxide is a 3% solution, which is too strong for mucous membranes. Mix it with 2 to 5 parts water to bring down the concentration.
