A long time ago, we had a beautiful grey cat who grabbed a threaded needle from the table, unbeknownst to me when I was distracted with a phone call. I was frantic when I discovered it missing. I knew it had to be her, despite having other cats, this caper had her MO written all over it. I watched the litterbox every time she used it, and was eventually rewarded with a suspiciously pointed, uh, “specimen”. Thread and needle were both inside, the former all in knots and the latter stained a peculiar multicolored hue from the digestive juices, and the cat was okay, and lived to be 20. I miss her a lot. She’s on the list of most memorable ones, for sure!

I have used it for several years as an oral rinse. 3% and not diluted. The bottle says “for oral rinse”. I don’t gargle with it.

But I do not believe the second will happen.
