The morning of the 20th, the local radio station here had the ABC reporter in DC on several times and he commented about how cool it was with some rain early in the morning around daybreak. His reports corroborate the conditions shown by the news media on the roof some distance away.

I saw cell phone footage from people standing in and among the crowd of news media some distance away.
What did the Newsmedia show? Sunny or Cloudy?
If I check Weather.com, it says the day was windy (no mention of rain or clouds). But, the weatherchannels are an arm of the MSM. I tried Farmer’s Almanac and it’s down.
I know the Biden “administration” is a sham and the mil is in control. I am not yet sure what kinds of sham techniques were used.
I am open to thinking the fake inauguration was filmed elsewhere because in writing out a timeline for it, I had a hard time believing those people would willingly go beyond the gates with all the military there. The military would have been at a strategic advantage keeping them there until “things happen”.
The fake Oval Office (e.g., wallpaper, SS button) is a clue to their ability and or willingness to go to the capitol when it’s under mil control.
So are the Deep Staters unable (not permitted by military) or unwilling (never entered the grounds)? Or a combination thereof. Had Biden been in the real Oval office, he could have accessed the Capitol Steps for the inauguration. But he’s in a series of sets (fake drapes etc.) So it’s unlikely he was able to access the inaugural platform, too.
The dress rehearsal was interrupted twice, the second time by a “fire started in a homeless camp.” Those may have just been stand-ins present to show the viewing platform in the distance, not at risk of being detained. They couldn’t say NO ONE could view the inauguration but the 100 guests.
I’ve been curious if they split the group. Biden and Kamala and some key others stay out of reach, outside the gates, because they are needed for the scam administration. Others like Pelosi - did they go in or stay in (barbed wire)?

I guess what I saw was the cell phone video amongst the press as you saw. I just watched portions of the Inauguration Day videos from CNBC, and Breitbart, and both appear to be filmed in the early morning with long shadows being cast.
I agree with you that everything looks off, even the footage of the supposed Hillary walking to the motorcade after the proceedings. She hasn’t moved that well in 20 years!
