"30 more days" George Washington tweet by Gen Flynn -tweeted on Dec 31, but our "service" didn't expire until Trump "out" on Jan 20. 30 days from Jan 20 = Feb 19, a Friday.

Executive orders by Biden started on Jan 20 but were not published in Federal Register until Jan 25. They take effect 30 days from being published. So if you wanted to head off these becoming effective, something would have to be done before February 24, perhaps by Feb 19 for appearance's sake.
