Could 17 be behind these financial maneuvers?

Highly suspected, especially after Karl Denninger dropped a rumor that the Biden "White House" was involved in shutting down Robinhood.

I thought 17 (if we are talking about “currently known as 45 of course :-) ) was prohibited to even suggest being involved in anything going on since it’d be a military operation.

I’ll never say I’m right about any of this stuff, but I’m pretty sure that 17 can have nothing to do with any of this.
