Regardless of one’s opinion about the actions of January 6, 2021, I believe is it in the best interest of everyone to not forget about these people, or any of our fallen or captured

Nice try, but these are not "my people, my fallen, or my captured". I abhor all rioting. Yes, they deserve due process and good you are checking on them. I would like to see same law applied to antifa/blm, but these are not "my people".

Almost all of the rank and file Trump supporters arrested inside the Capitol have been charged with Unlawful Entry and/or Failure to Obey a Police Order.

If they had been radical Socialists or BLM, they would have had their charges dismissed within 24 hours.

The most serious charges are carrying a weapon into the Capitol, in one instance a stun gun.

Several people made verbal threats about elected officials.

Last I read, there had been about 75 arrests, and active searches for about 10 more.

From the very first day, I have estimated that no more than 100 Trump supporters went beyond the Capitol Rotunda.

For about an hour, many dozens of Trump supporters were walking around the Rotunda like tourists, inside the velvet ropes.

Later, there would be a violent Police versus mob confrontation when the cops tried to evict the last protesters from the Rotunda.
