I had a cousin call me from Florida to say he saw the temps and wanted me to know it was already 81 degrees where he was this morning.

All I could say was, “Thanks for the update.” He laughed.

I might have spoken too soon. The outside temp dropped at least ten degrees in the past twenty minutes.

I just checked the weather map and we have about a half hour until a line of heavy thunderstorms reach us.

myself, I LOVE the seasons...and yes even winter....winter is where there is a quiet peace, all the best holidays, the warmth of being inside with a hearty meal that you can't appreciate when its 85 degrees outside....and the birds....the birds really stand out in the winter....
