If i am not currently using a desktop I will disconnect them from the internet. And they are all old as the hills. lol.

Today Im afraid the old way to be “spy-proof” is get rid of all the devices that connect to the internet or cable systems

And lose all your smart phones in a boating accident.

Simply turn off your modem or main router when you are not using the internet. The internet of things devices are all real time computing, They do not have big storage memory sections to record than a few seconds of audio. They all depend on streaming out audio to be interpreted my the main frames.

With no modem or router path to the internet their audio buffers are in overflow in seconds.

Alexa can’t spy if you disconnect her brain.
