From thin air. It is a misleading way of viewing the act creating a territorial government for DC in 1871 (which was repealed a few years later). There is no second “CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES” and no corporate form of government.

I’m not sure about his dates. Supposedly in 1871 the US needed money badly due to the war between the States just about bankrupting the country. This gave the opportunity for the English to move back in and take the US over. Other Europeans were involved too I believe. Later in the early 20 th century I think with the Fed Reserve act they solidified there control. Bottom line we during that time came under control of others and the constitution was somewhat overturned as our ruling document. I do think there is possible something to it because of the poor way the US govt works and how it’s become a tool of the world’s most wealthy. The information on “the deal” is hard to come by. I do believe the Royal family wanted Trump out and that’s what they got.
