That sounds like the guy who goes by Johnheretohelp on Twitter. He has posted a lot of things about RR before and the deep state. His voice sounds a lot like johnheretohelp when he did an interview early on with SantaSurfing (I think that is the name)

@JohnHereToHelp gave interviews before he talked about the Pelosi Plan to duplicate the presidency, and then Pelosi affirmed that was the plan - she said the presidency is not a geographic location and they would swear in Biden whether President Trump left or not.
@JohnHereToHelp gave a doom post one day. Don’t know if why. Other than that, he did talk about the information he is giving Lin Woods in his interviews 2 years ago, including his account of trying to get evidence to people who could use it but black hats intervened.
@JohnHereToHelp posted on Twitter comments implicating Brennan, RR, Comey etc. He switched from initially trying to get into contact with white hat prosecution, to then giving interviews with a lawyer present necessary to protect witness testimony later.
