I think the drops that started people taking the oath were 4175, 4413 and 4417. All of those who took the oath did so on twitter and all of their accounts have been removed so we can no longer SEE them taking the oath.

The very first drop where we see someone taking the oath is 2178. It’s Admiral Rogers and the clip is set up to show him leading a group of new citizens taking the oath. That clip is still available but it was 2018. I think that people started taking the oath en masse on twitter last May and June, but there’s no evidence now that it ever happened. It’s all been removed.
