If the latest information is that the “second” wave of Covid is a different strain, how will a vaccine for the original strain work?
We are asked to get a new flu shot yearly because the one for the old strain from last year won’t work.
No one can answer or has an answer about the new strain. Last I heard there were yeahs and nays about the effectiveness of the vaccine for future strains.
Looks like we’ll know when or if there is a huge spike in how the new strain spreads after the vaccine is more fully dispensed/distributed.
