That is what GhostEzra said they are. I don’t know how true that is, but he seems to think he’s in-the-know, about a lot of things.

What if the structure is the observation stand for Justus (sic) to be witnessed by the public? Without personal observation that this structure actually exists, well I will think this is a control point until we can all ‘group think’ this out.

Funny thing about that - if you read the 17th book of the Bible (Esther) - what happens in Esther? Haman is hanged in the gallows he built for Mordecai. A familiar story (Russiagate comes to mind for one)

When I thought that these may be gallows, and that there may be observation stands, I thought back to drop #749.

The end won't be for everyone.

I thought there may be a dual meaning.
1. Not everyone will get the gallows as punishment.
2. Not everyone will want to see the executions.
