The word ‘secession’ is not provided for in the Constitution, therefore unconstitutional by definition. For a state to secede, a constitutional amendment is required.

The same applies to ‘impeachment’ for non-office holders.

That might be true, it probably is true - but Trump was impeached when he was in office.
