We were fortunate to have not lost power until the very end, and, for having a top-notch generator that (thank you, Lord) just kept cranking and humming.....and, to have been fully stocked up and on a water well.
Kids lost power and water.
They had the house/pipes prepared, and headed this way.
They’re now on a boil water status :-(
It will be a long trudge away from this disaster. Stamford is still without water, entire town. has been for a week. only got electricity back yesterday. Many good families are really struggling.

It is time to END, ERCOT. It the legislature does not “fix” this there will be a lot out of office. Hope the ComDems choke on this.
Clever! They need to get people on the Board the care more about practical solutions and keeping the power on than they care about climate change.
