Does Pres. Biden know that on Jan 26 he issued memo about how Trump admin promoted xenophobia thru “references to COVID-19 by geographic location of its origin” & he ordered such language be scrubbed? I ask because he’s on stage talking about Brazil & South Africa COVID strains.
