That is so ridiculous! I remember when I took Soviet foreign policy and College, reading about how with each change of leadership the Soviets would take away all references to the previous administration. I thought that was so stupid. Taking down statues, changing cities and streets names, changing the history books, it just seems so childish.
And now, we are them. In so many more ways than that though. Sadly.
