Berut Lebanon-9:30AM- The Russian Aerospace Forces continued their air campaign over northwestern Syria this week, hitting a 'secret base' belonging to he jihadist rebels in side the idib Governorate. The secret base of Hay'at Al-Sham (HTS) resulting in their subsequent destruction after the attack. Aerial reconnaissance planes tracked the movement and sites of the secret base of the HTS terrorist, which was 18 km north of Idib...the Russian Nws said.

Could someone explain to me what is considered ‘dark’? Does that mean the building isn’t lit up on the outside, or does it mean there’s no lights on in the Windows?
